Player help: commands, job changes, VIP, and how to reach the team
A few answers to the questions we hear most, plus two new commands.

Where do I change jobs?
VIP and VIP++ members can change jobs instantly at the Job Master in Prontera (107, 251). Everyone else takes the classic first-job quests: Swordman in Izlude, Mage in Geffen, Archer in Payon, Acolyte in the Prontera Church, Merchant in Alberta and Thief at the Morroc Pyramids. How does @autoattack work?
@autoattack is a VIP++ perk. Type @autoattack on its own to open the settings window (which monsters to hunt or skip, which skills to use), then @autoattack on / off to switch it. It attacks the nearest monster for you, and your EXP and drops are reduced by 50% while it runs. @autobuff (VIP) and @autopot (everyone) work the same way. Feedback and requests - now private and answered
You can now send the team ideas, problems and complaints and get a written answer:
- in game: @feedback <your idea> for suggestions, or @request <your message> for anything else (15-255 characters);
- on the website: log in, then Account > My Feedback (pick a category and write as much as you like). Bugs and crashes still go to Account > My Bug Reports, where you can attach screenshots and logs.
Only you and the team can see your messages. Each one gets a status (New, Under review, Planned, Done or Declined); when the team replies you get an e-mail (if your account has a valid address) and a notice the next time you log in. Why there are no GMs online
Cozy RO deliberately has no GMs playing or online. It keeps the game fair: no favouritism, no special treatment and no room for abuse. That does not mean nobody is watching - the team monitors the server constantly through behind-the-scenes systems, assisted by AI. Complaints, problems and suggestions are always welcome at cozy-ro.com (Account > My Feedback or My Bug Reports) or in game with @feedback and @request.
