This page describes exactly what we collect when you use cozy-ro.com or play on our game server, why we hold it, and who else receives it. It is written to match what the server actually does — not copied from a template.
Cozy Ragnarok Online is a privately operated Ragnarok Online game server and website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Gravity Co., Ltd. or any official Ragnarok Online publisher. Ragnarok Online and its assets remain the property of their respective owners.

We never ask for your password outside the game client or this website, and staff will never ask for it at all. If someone claiming to be staff asks for your password, it is not us.
Payments are processed by iPay88. Your card or banking details are entered on iPay88’s systems and are never sent to us and never stored by us. We receive only the result of the transaction — whether it succeeded, its reference number, and which account to credit.
Our web host and Cloudflare record standard request information (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and abuse prevention. The website also uses cookies and similar technology through the third parties listed below.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not hand account data to anyone except where the law requires it.
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Ours fall into two groups:
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work, though you will have to sign in again. To limit personalised advertising specifically:

Write to [email protected] from the e-mail address registered to the account. We will remove the account and its characters.
Two honest exceptions: records of a donation are kept as proof of payment, and if the account was banned for cheating we keep the ban record and the device identifier attached to it. Everything else goes.
This service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them. If you believe a child has registered, write to us and we will remove the account.
Passwords are stored hashed, the website is served over HTTPS, and payment details never touch our systems. No service can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise — but if we ever discover a breach affecting accounts, we will say so on the website rather than stay quiet about it.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced on the website.
