Found a bug? Report it on the website
Bug reports now reach the team the moment you send them. Here is how:
1. Log in on the website.
2. Open Account > My Bug Reports and press "Report a New Bug".
3. Describe what happened: your character name, where you were (map and coordinates if you can), what you did, and what you expected to happen instead.
4. Add screenshots if you have them - you can paste them straight into the form (up to 6 images per post, PNG, JPG or GIF, 4 MB each).
When the team replies, a red badge appears next to Account on the website, so you will know to check it. You can add more details at any time by replying to your own report.
