Costume wings fixed - please patch

Seventeen costume wings are visible again, and Sakura Wing shows the right picture. Ribbon Piamat and Gerhard Von Devi Bag were removed.

New service corner in north-east Prontera: Kafra, Healer, Warper and Tool Dealer.

A VIP++ Ticket now also gives one random costume wing.

Run the patcher before logging in. Details are in the Game Guide.
