Welcome to Cozy Ragnarok! These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your game account and everything you do on our website and in the game. By creating an account or playing on Cozy Ragnarok you agree to these Terms.

1. Your Account

• You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. Keep your password private and use a unique password you don't use anywhere else.
• Cozy Ragnarok staff will never ask for your password. Anyone who does is trying to scam you.
• Account sharing, selling, buying, or trading accounts is done entirely at your own risk and is not supported. Compromised accounts that were shared or traded will not be restored.
• Keep your registered e-mail address valid — it is the only way to recover your account if you lose access.

2. Fair Play

• Third-party automation tools, bots, macros, packet editors, hacks, and any software that modifies or automates the game client are forbidden. Our server runs active protection, and offenders are banned.
• Convenience features provided by the server itself (such as the built-in @autoattack and VIP commands) are official features and are allowed — that is exactly why we built them, so nobody needs illegal tools.
• Real-money trading (RMT) is forbidden: selling or buying zeny, items, or accounts for real money or for goods outside the game.
• Abusing bugs or exploits is forbidden. If you find a bug, report it through the Bug Report page — honest reports are appreciated and may be rewarded; abuse is punished.
• Harassment, hate speech, discriminatory language, impersonating staff, and scamming other players are not tolerated.

3. Penalties

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or removal of items/zeny obtained through violations, at the discretion of the staff. Serious offenses (botting, RMT, exploit abuse, chargebacks) can be punished with an immediate permanent ban without prior warning.

4. Donations & Cash Points

• Donations are voluntary contributions that help cover server costs. In return you receive Cash Points, a virtual currency usable in the in-game Cash Shop.
• Cash Points, VIP status, and any virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged back into money.
• All donations are final and non-refundable. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in suspension of the account involved.
• Virtual items and benefits may be adjusted over time for game balance.

5. Server & Availability

• Cozy Ragnarok is a free-to-play community server provided "as is". We work hard to keep it online and stable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• In the event of critical bugs or data corruption, the staff may roll back game data to protect the server economy.
• Game content, rates, drops, and features may change at any time as the server evolves.

6. Privacy

• We store only what is needed to run the game: your account name, hashed password, e-mail address, and game data.
• Your e-mail is used solely for account recovery and important account notices. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
• This website uses cookies for login sessions, and may display ads which are subject to the ad provider's own policies.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the website. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
