A web page can't look at Windows itself. The downloadable checker also reads your graphics driver version, Windows crash reports, antivirus/Defender, compatibility settings and overlay programs.
The repair tool downloads only the files that are missing or damaged, checks each one against the official file list, and keeps your old files in a backup folder. Put CozyRO-Repair.exe in your game folder and double-click it (no install, no admin rights). Your settings and Gepard Shield files are not replaced.
Some Intel graphics drivers (v32.x) crash Ragnarok right after the Gepard screen. The Intel graphics fix lets the game run through modern Direct3D 11 instead. Extract the files into your game folder next to CozyRO.exe, run Setup.exe once, then start the game as usual. Gepard Shield allows it. Uses dgVoodoo2 by Dege, unmodified.
